Riiiiiight... Stop daydreaming, man. You've been to the moon and back too many times. Start taking some action, and be more aggressive. Sometimes, your love scares me to death, boy. Oh, it's the chokin kind. That's all it is. :D

Heh, I thought it would've been a long time till I hear it from you, but there it is. :P Isn't that what I've always been telling you? Give me back my point of view, 'cause I just can't think for you. I can hardly hear you say "What should I do?" Well you choose...

hehe, no collaboration. just as there are buffy fans for the sarah mac song included in both this and brian/nathan's CD, there's also repetition of remy zero for smallville fanatics. it would eventually happen on CD exchanges such as this. amazing that with the number of jars and u2, none of them were repeated :D everyone has a different reason for including each song.

and my advice wasn't a disclaimer, just something that rang true as i was reading the interpretations. :D

Re: Here Without You comments by Grace

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha!!! :D I think Jeff/Clark and Nat/Hazel were doing what Brian/Nathan did, except subtly. ie. Nat/Hazel's CD is part 1, while Jeff/Clark's CD is part 2. :D j/k. :)

Re: Jeff's advice

You should've put that as a disclaimer on your liners. :D

hehe, things are definitely not what they seem :D kindred, you should know by now that we're not out to make lana fans :D whatever you didn't get, clark prolly picked it.. hehehe, jokes.

some clarifications: carol banawa is an OPM artist, and this track was one of the ones i picked up during my stay back in the phils... as is the lara one - a soundtrack to something else entirely.

my advice to you and everyone is: get the whole story, read into the words, but as you said, never assume :D

the first time i listened to this cd in my room, i had nothing but the liner notes to follow along with. the awesome flow of this cd really made me feel as though all i needed to enjoy these songs was my attention and my ears :)

To The Moon And Back - what a great intro! the whole 'taking-off' effect is perfect for starting off the journey that is ur cd. the song's quite catchy.

Overjoyed - stevie wonder... groooovy :D this is a great song. the kind that, if u catch me unawares, u might find me with my eyes closed and a smile on my face, swaying ever so slightly to the beat.

I Would Do Anything For Love - this is the only song i know by meatloaf. and i like it, in a rock-sappish kinda way :P can somebody just clarify for me what it is that he won't do?? ohhhh... wait, hehe... just got to the end of the song... he won't [pardon my french] 'screw around', is that it? all this time i never knew!

I’ll Be - so that's who sings this song... i never knew this either. i didn't realize the lyrics were so poetic. i like. a great song, what more can i say...

This I Swear - aiy... this cd is beginning to give me that diseased love effect. ick. smooth, guys, smooth... didn't see it coming :P not a huge fan of nick, but the song's ok.

Open Arms - sigh... hehehehe. i loved this album when it came out. probably the first album i officially obsessed over as a teenager, coming out of my rebellious 'oldies' phase... :P i like this version better than the original, actually. maybe cuz it's more... what's the word... ah, can't find the word.

Honest Questions - hmm... i dunno what to make of this song. i can't even come up with a quick opinion. u should see me right now, hehe... as though i'm analyzing some 15 mark genetics problem. i... don't really get this song.

Chokin’ Kind - never heard of joss stone before. correct me if i'm wrong, but i dun think i've come across a love song yet on this cd exchange that sings about this particular aspect of love. i like what the song is trying to say.

Here Without You - sigh... the title's depressing enough :P sure u guys didn't collaborate with nat and hazel? ;)

Till I Hear It From You - hmm... i have two different trains of thought with this song. first one is denial. denial is never a good thing. but at the same time, i think the downfall of many relationships (and would-be relationships) is that people assume too damn much. communicating directly with the person is the way to go. good or bad, at least u'll know for sure. cuz more often than not, things are never actually what they seem.

Full of Grace - a beautiful song with beautiful lyrics, as i've already said. (didn't i?)

Bulletproof - oh my. reading the lyrics had a huge effect on me. wow... love the words. i totally get it. the guy who tried to sing it on canadian idol ruined it for me, but i think i'm liking it again :)

Look What You’ve Done - who's jet? anyway, this song is... bittersad, i think. it's aight :P

White Flag - oh goodness. i mean, dido's great and everything... and i can't remember how it came about, but one day i just decided not to like this song. i refuse to put up with what the song is trying to say! *plugging my ears* it's absolutely unhealthy! not the way things should be! (good grief, i hope i'm not the one in denial here...)

Ocean Deep - another depressing song... though soothing to listen to at the same time. and who's carol banawa? i apologize again, i'm not very cultured. :P

Broken Vow - whoa... hehe. didn't know lara sang these kinda songs. shows how much i know... good heavens, i think this is the most depressing song i've heard so far. everything about it breaks my heart. nice :)

Never Again - and the sadness continues... great song though. justin's great. harsh words, never again... i mean, "you'll never get to love me again" has such a strong ring of bitterness to it.

My Immortal - there's a version of this song that i really like with just the piano and strings and no percussion. but anyway, i love the clarity of her voice. such a pure sound. for the longest time, i just didn't get this song. but... i get it now. says a lot to end off with this song.

like i said earlier, an excellent flow of songs... very easy listening. and i love the liner notes. simply but beautifully said. and i get all of it. beginning to feel that 'kindred' vibe again :P however, even after everything, i'm still not a big lana fan, hehe :D jeff and clark, loved the cd!
